KW Real Estate Planner - Individual Membership
The 10-day vetting process, or what our software calls a 10-day trial period, is the time during which we verify your production against our community standards. Please note you will not have access to membership materials during your trial period, and access will be provided when your membership is activated.
This form will complete your application to the KW Real Estate Planner community.
If accepted, your $199 monthly reoccurring payment will be billed on the date of membership (i.e. if community member signed up on the 8th of the month, reoccurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every month respectively).
Community Standards
1. KWRI agent has held their real estate license for a minimum of 2 years
2. KWRI agent is above $75,000 GCI in the last 12 months
3. If a KWRI Agent’s GCI is less than $75,000 GCI in the last 12 months AND KWRI Agent is on a Team, a Rainmaker (as defined by KWRI) can request membership for Agent on their team, as long as the Rainmaker is above $75,000 GCI in the last 12 months
4. Only 5% of total agent count from each Market Center is eligible to join; when a Market Center reaches the 5% cap, all additional applications will be waitlisted

If you are accepted into the community, you will automatically become an active member with access to our member portal after the trial application period. Your first membership fee will process at that time.
You will not be billed until and unless you are accepted. If you are denied or waitlisted, you will not be billed. In the next 10 days, you will receive an email follow up from realestateplanner@kw.com to notify you of your application status.
